Katelyn Baughan is a nonprofit email consultant and founder of KB Digital, where she helps mission-driven organizations turn inbox attention into real-world impact. With 10+ years managing multimillion-dollar digital programs for organizations like National Geographic, Amnesty International, UNHCR, The Trevor Project, and the National Breast Cancer Foundation, she brings a "think big, follow the data" approach to every engagement — blending storytelling, strategy, and relentless testing to drive measurable results.

Katelyn founded KB Digital in 2018 to serve as a true extension of nonprofit teams, building email and SMS programs that are both innovative and practical. Her work spans launch strategies, complex fundraising campaigns, audience growth, and automation — all designed to deepen supporter relationships and deliver real ROI.

Beyond client work, she hosts Inbox to Impact, the go-to podcast for nonprofit leaders looking to amplify their mission through email marketing, and publishes a newsletter packed with actionable strategies for the sector.

Based in the Washington, D.C. area, Katelyn holds a B.A. in Communication from the University of Maryland and a Digital Marketing Certificate from Georgetown University. She believes great email is a team sport — rooted in empathy, fueled by data, and measured by real-world impact.
